As you can see in the image, I'm being locked out of the fire team finder because it says I am not rank 5, but I am, in fact, Rank 7. I first noticed this at rank 6, I thought maybe I just needed to rank up to "trigger" it in some way to recognize my rank, but it still gives me this message. What can I do to resolve this?
