Cross save caused silver balance disapear
I bought 7000 silver in my epic account, but I hadn‘t activate cross save yet. After I activated cross save and choosed my steam account as the Active Account, I found that 7000 silver balance in my epic account dispeared. Could you help me recover my silver account in epic account?

1 답변Hey there, unfortunately you've tied the Silver to an EGS game profile you then made inactive by cross saving over it. Cross save doesn't merge Silver across accounts. If you'd have set it up first, and then bought the Silver, it would be available while playing the shared Steam characters on EGS. I am not sure what to suggest. Epic will say the Silver is exactly where you left it - on a character profile you overwrote. However you could at least try Bungie's missing addon form, sorry on mobile at the moment and don't have the link.
