Why does every Possum I sneak up on inevitably die?
As soon as I get close they always keal over and die. Raccoons get scrappy like you'd expect, but Possums always die. I just want to pet one that isn't dead. RIP all the Possums I've apparently scared to death. I didn't mean it.

Your footsteps deal 3 AOE damage to creatures on the ground (it doesn't affect humans as they're too strong to get hit by it) and possums have roughly 1.5 health so since it's double it's max health, it kills them
