I mean, while i definitely agree titans got shafted in the solar department, i think some tuning was important for strand. For how easy woven mail is to apply, it needed slight tuning. Whether it was nerfed to hard is yet to be seen. We will see tomorrow
As for the exotic changes, they are definitely -blam!-. Realistically, bungie has been extremely lazy with exotic reworks. They throw a surge on and call it "reworked". Really wish they would put more creativity and give us changes that arent in the game yet. Make the exotic do something NEW.

I'm sorry but warlocks got the worst of the exotic changes. They literally didn't change anything on some of them and nerfed the others. Karnstein used to stack with cure and resto now it just gives it which is a nerf. Balidorse used to just give a dmg boost now it gives surge another nerf. Apotheosis is still just gonna be useless and I don't even remember the 4th that's how bad it is. And we only got 4 updated exotics at least titans or hunters got 6 or 7. I will still be using the same exotics I've been using for the past couple of years, with the exception of anvil head.
