Good morning, I would like to make a complaint before escalating this a bit hier. Like many of us in destiny or destiny 2, we have or made lots of friends along this year's. We played, we share lives (online and in real life), made complaints, scream, cursed, had a lot of fun and a lot more. I have been playing in Xbox since the debut of D1 vanilla, I saw DDOS attacks in Trials and friends of mine that I know for sure, that never would do that get banned for suspicion of game manipulation and exploits, complaining without receiving replies or generic replies without addressing the issue. Lately, in destiny 2, I have a friend of mine that was banned for CHEATING, when I know for sure that he wouldn't do something like that. He is a very high player not only in Destiny 2 but also in World of Warcraft, StarCraft 2 and much more. I also received a copy of the Steam VAC confirmation that says that it was not a Steam ban but a FULL BUNGIE ban. My friend already requested a full refund of the Final Shape DLC Legendary Edition and made several atptents to contact Bungie to defend himself, without any REPLY from Bungie or one explanation except for one generic Email and it has been days. Just because there is Chaos in Bungie doesn't mean that Good person, gamer should be banned just because he is good at the game. Just the last part, HE DOESN'T PLAY PVP, ONLY PVE.
