Here are 2 abilities more broken than anything Titans have had for a LONG time.
Lightning Surge & Threaded Specter (at least the latter requires an Exotic to be brain dead)

threaded specter has a purpose and if you think it's broken we can go on and on, but I love having the ability to fake out a stupid shotgun ape (no matter what class) point: threaded specter could be toned down on the explosion damage but thats pretty much it Everyone knows lightning surge is OP

Threaded specter alone is fine, the issue is its ease of use with Bombadiers if anything, make the cooldown with either the Aspect, the Boots, or both longer and that'd balance it a LOT more, the combo is super fun, but when compared to something as shitty as Knockout getting a nerf, it's SUPER busted. Also learned the big Knockout issue, it's the health regen, it scales with recovery, so 100 recovery is almost full health instantly, it should be capped at about 50 - 70, they could probably revert like 3 of the past nerfs if they capped the regen.
