Everyone seems to think bungie is going to take their protests and boycotts seriously. Why would they when everyone here prepaid for every dlc through the next year.
Has anyone considered sending their complaints to Sony directly, the company that owns bungie. 1,000 complaints in the span of a few days would catch attention, 10,000 or 100,000 would definitely lead to some internal phone calls being made.
Maybe it’s time we change our approach to how voice our complaints about the direction and management of this game.

2 답변sony made the worst investment imaginable . destiny is running on flat tires , with all the exotics that are crap and all the nerfs ,making anything that was good a trash can now. the nerf to mods and players . the game has nothing to work for anymore . just a frustrating lame shell of a game is left. thats how they want us to play it now ,weak ,we became sick and crippled guardians. but remember this is what they wanted.

작성자: BOSSNONO254 8/12/2023 9:42:20 PMEverything that goes on with this game is Bungie’s doing, not Sony. As many exclusive titles Sony has, I’m pretty sure they’d be very well off without Bungie. Not going to lie. It’s a who needs who more situation.

5 답변작성자: deadly-cause 8/9/2023 11:20:28 AMWhile Sony does own bungie, they have no influence over destiny 2 lol. Unfortunately no matter how much we complain they’ll never change their ways. Greed has taken over and they know no better anymore which is sad. The days where we loved and enjoyed destiny are over. What we have now is what it is. Only thing we can do is not give them any more money.

1 답변Sony should assign some of its smaller companies to do Bungie's job for them like Activision did with Vicarious Visions and High Moon Studios.

작성자: Synge_X 8/10/2023 5:08:34 PMSony didn’t buy Bungie for Destiny 2, they bought it for the lock tight scummy tactics that Bungie has seemingly mastered in getting people to spend more time playing their game, and by proxy spending money in the cash shop… why else would the grind have moved from being able to play all 3 classes to one class, and monetization increases while quality decreases? Sony salivates for the death of Destiny 2, so they can extract its rotting parasite and transfer it to an new host in the form of a Sony IP with just as many predatory mechanics.

3 답변Not sure if anyone caught CNBC this morning but they had the Take-two CEO on and asked him if he even plays games, he said he does not at all. As angry and frustrated as we want to be towards bungo, most of the blame lies within the executive suite who only care about their bottom line and appeasing stakeholders.

I honestly see Sony taking them over or desolving them after and if Marathon fails to bring consistent revenue, Bungie doesn't seem to be getting out of that rut and are going that direction so let them. It's what happened between D1 to D2 except it was given the benefit of the doubt, but considering what they're making they're not going to pull it up like Forsaken did for D2. There's no benefit of the doubt and there no more goodwill, Marathon doesn't seem like anything special and might do well but will have steep drop-off.

I think people forget that Sony is an extremely cut throat company that will replace somebody at the drop of a hat, they aren't nearly as forgiving as activision was with bungie for constant screw ups and contact breaches.
