I need help contacting destiny to help my friend get his account back he got banned and doesn’t know how to contact bungie

Only thing he can do is submit a ban appeal form. There is no other way of dealing with the ban. They're not guaranteed a response and likely will not receive one. The chances of the ban being overturned are extremely low. Your friend's time playing Destiny is likely over.
