"Gift of Appreciation" quest step 2 bugged
Hello,
step 2 of the quest "Gift of Appreciation" on Savathûns Throne World is bugged.
The player is asked to find every region chest on the Throne World. I found and opened 8 of those chests and found the last one (#9), however:
The usual prompt to "Press <E> to open" does not show (see ImgUr link). Pressing the "open" key does nothing. Restarting the game etc. does not fix the problem.
As of now, I am unable to complete this quest.
Platform: Steam.

If you check this video out - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZJ4j3-gHZA Your first screenshot shows the region chest marker at 8 has not been claimed, inside a section of wall after a short drop. But the place where you are physically looking is chest 9 on the rooftop, which you've already got. Maybe the bug is just that the chest has not disappeared yet? Could you check the chest at location 8 in the vid and take a screenshot there if it is not there/not working?
