Unable to complete trials access quest
I am unable to complete the trials access quest.
I am on step 3 of 4, where I am required to buy a trials passage, play a game, win a round, and eliminate an opponent. I can't buy a trials passage. I have tried, waiting for reset, abandoning the quest, and restarting the game. Does anyone know of a solution? If there isn't how do I report this to Bungie?
It is worth noting that I meet all the requirements of step 1, including being a high enough light level without artifact boost. I think step 2 may be the cause of the issue as looking in the quest log it simultaneously says I have completed it and haven't (being marked green whilst still saying incomplete), step 2 is to return to Saint-14 in the tower.

1 답변Same Issue here. Not sure what the problem is. They said they were investigating the issue.... that was 3 hours ago..... I guess we just dont get to play.

7 답변Hello, and thank you for your report. Bungie is currently aware that there is an issue progressing the Trials Access quest, and are actively investigating. No other details are available at this time.

I’m on step 3/4 with the same issue. Because on step 2/4 it says incomplete, yet there is a green box next the the missions meaning it was completed last week before trials went away. Very confusing, but yes won’t allow me to get a trials passage from saint-14, I’ve reserved the game, I disbanded the mission and still the same issue.
