The bakris got a change that made so the buff won't work at slowed or frozen targets and made it non stackable with surge mods. I the past seson we could get a 75% buff to arc damage but now we could get it somwhere around 30% or even less. I think that Bungiee really didn't need to change the exotic it was fine but now stasis pretty much is obsolete and all the other classes are much better at DPS. Sorry for the rant but i really love stasis and i hate to see 1 of probably 2 dps setups with stasis go.
