Update to the post below. Bungie suggested to load up a raid to fix this issue. So, I started the Root of all Nightmares raid by myself and then left after loading in and after the next strike I did I was able to give commendations again. Original post: I am still unable to give commendations. It doesn’t take me to the screen where I can click on other guardians to give them one. It goes straight to the overview screen. I can click their names but there’s nothing I can do on those pop up screens to give them commendations.
