ERROR CODE MONKEY
I have been having these issues for days already, I already did everything from clearing caches, resetting routers, using wifi,lan cable .and even using hotspots. my brother who is in another state even logged on to my account and got the same error. his account works perfectly and I even logged on to my ps5 with his account and no issues. it seems the issue has to be with my account. i even try cross-save and logging onto my pc and still the same dam error code MONKEY.
I need help please or customer service, i even wasted money on the new expansion

It has something to do with the older accounts I think it might be the armor that has outdated mods or something. I deleted my Titan after trying her out and got the disconnect error. I then deposited all her extra gear and deleted her. Started again and fine no disconnects. The other two can't play

This is happening to me as well. Same situation: returning player from Forsaken days, instant MONKEY error any time I kill a mob on any of my three characters. Since Bungie is one of those new breed of game companies that ensures there's no way to talk to a human customer service rep, I'm going to give them 48 hours to respond on this forum and then I'm filing a Steam refund for everything I just purchased since the game is unplayable.

2 답변I'm having the exact same issue. I haven't played since Forsaken and thought I would give the new expansions a try. As soon I fly into a planet and try to Kill an enemy, I am immediately booted from the game and given a Monkey error. I can fly into the tower and interact with all the vendors and pick up bounties but beyond that the game is unplayable. I'm very disappointed I just spent money on the expansions. I don't want to have to delete my old characters and create a new one to resolve the problem.

2 답변Same issue here, havent played the game in a few years and decided to start again with the character I had at the time to play all the expensions I missed out on, sad thing is that whenever I run in to an enemy I get kicked of the game as soon as I kill it :( I tried changing my DNS, restarted my router, switched between wifi and cable but nothing seems to work...

3 답변Just had the exact same, returned to the game after a couple of years away and all my characters will get kicked as soon as something is killed. Super annoying and doesn't seem to have any fix or workaround at the moment. Other posts mentioned Bungie as investigating but no further update.

1 답변Same. Also a player returning on an d account but I haven’t played since the Cabal Leviathan raid was released. I was looking forward to playing with some irl friends who had begun playing so I just bought light fall and every expansion I had missed. I was convinced the problem was with my network settings. Maybe I wouldn’t have wasted hours and hours messing about with options to try and get better NAT settings if the error code on Bungie’s help page actually acknowledged that it was a known bug and the problem is their end.
