Long story short, despite showing as collectable on the map and on the destinations screen, whenever I speak to hawthorne to collect her powerful gear, it does not continue past the screen where she makes her comment, meaning I do not get the powerful. if I hit esc I get taken to the vendor screen with no reward, and it still lists as collectable.
