REPRO STEPS: When initially acquiring the quest, I was able to claim it from the vendor multiple times (the option stating "player already has this quest" did not show up until after I had discarded the quest) Partially progress in the quest lead to a bug where the darkness monuments that needed to be shot with the glacial grenade launcher did not spawn in the area. Discard the quest, attempt to get it back from the vendor to be greeted with the "player already has this quest" message ACTUAL RESULT: I try to collect the "Diamond Lance" quest after discarding it and the vendor says "Player already has this quest" EXPECTED RESULT: Being able to reacquire the quest and start over NOTES: Buff stasis
