It was the first time Rahol didn't give me the loot ever, so I think it's an issue that affected all rewards from twitch that specific weekend. Don't worry though, I did had one time a long delay for a prime gaming drop, but it did poped up in the end even after months, so you can allow yourself to have hope.

I know this doesn’t help very much, but I had a reply from BngHelp4 (if I remember correctly) asking me to go to prime gaming and check under My Collections. If the Destiny 2 rewards show as Undeliverable then it’s a known issue and it’s being investigated.
