I quit, not a joke.
I'm done with Bungie. You probably don't care, but I also don't care about you anymore. You won't get a single dollar from me ever again.
To make sure I won't be back, I just did something that actually hurts so bad. I deleted everything out of my vault, and deleted my characters.
Goodbye from a fan that is no more
(If you see a titan it's because you have to make a new character to delete your last one)

26 답변A lot of the posts under this one really make me upset. Y’all shame them for posting this and accuse them of having nothing else to do yet take time to make rude comments. While they’re quitting, posts like these are a cry for help for this game to improve. To let Bungie know people are indeed leaving. It doesn’t seem like much, but it’s any way we can reach out. It’s not a lot of feedback, but it lets them know somethings have changed that’s causing a decline. ‘Bye bye’ and ‘See you, don’t come back!’ Is so incredibly toxic when we as a community could be better as people. Y’all need to improve.

Congrats! That's the true endgame, this game is falling apart and is less inspired with each passing release. If you're a person who's still enjoying the game, seriously good for you. I haven't for a while, and it's amazing how much life was passing by with the time it was taking to keep up with everything. For me, it's a legit breakaway from an unhealthy habit.

1 답변I always find it funny how a bunch of keyboard warriors always creep in to topics like this and spam it with bullshit such as "this is no airport, no need to announce your departure", "no one cares blah blah" and other cartoon crap. In an effort to be as objective as I can I'll say the following: You guys are nuts. He has first and foremost the right to publicly proclaim anything that doesn't involve hate speech and second, this does actually count as customer feedback. Especially given the numerous technical difficulties nowadays in destiny 2, now even trying to ban you from crucible for actually finishing the match, I can certainly understand how players feel the urge and rage to publicly tell bungie to go flip themselves and quit the game. Because it's honestly ridiculous that a game of this format and this gravity of financial support actually suffers from issues such as these. But you keyboard warriors keep on bashing, it's about the only thing you know how to do. Never seen the bunch of you make a single viable argument to anything, be it pro or cons in any topic.

Literally went the extra mile and if you do decide to join. Which is a if, if the game became good now what? You have nothing, you have to regrind tons of stuff again. Its not that bad because all you need is legendary armor and weapons but its gonna be a pain But do what you want, all you had to do was uninstall the game

I'm glad you are getting away from it! When I was younger, during the Halo days. I LOVED playing and have always dreamt of working for Bungie, however things changed for me. But When Destiny 1 came out, I loved playing it, then Destiny 2, I enjoyed it at some points. But that feeling isn't there anymore. I'm continuing the game's story just to finish it. But I am starting to lose hope in Bungie as a "AAA company." I know people would want to argue because they're "EntIreLY sePArate GamEs." But Valve has made so many more amazing games with such a tiny team, and they're working on way more just right now. Bungie can't even fix a bug within 5 weeks. It's pretty disappointing. I was telling my family how much fun strand is, and my uncle said that I was making him want to play the game again, since he hasn't played since Shadowkeep. I immediately told him not to, and that its not worth it. Not something I'd usually do, but that's just how I feel about Bungie right now. I really hope the game gets better. But I honestly don't see that wish coming true.

Also the borderlands 1 and 2 games are freaking fantastic with a great story and great dlc. Im currently playing Halo Infinite and Elden Ring. And plan on replaying the halo series. Just some suggestions for ya. Hope all is well.

I’ve been playing since dark below and destiny two is definitely different. It is a different game but the way bungie is dragging on the story with useless info or just not explaining anything is annoying. Along with the copy and paste content.

I did the same thing a few months ago, deleted my vault, and like you say you can delete 2 characters, but you have to create another character to delete the 3rd. To be honest, i wish I'd not bothered coming back, toxic players, everywhere, did final boss on master GoA and both players told me to use thundercrash on the boss, when i did they said, why did you thundercrash the boss, then said why am i not going invisible, and because we wasn't 1 phasing the boss they were blaming me, so i said I'll leave, they said it's fine but still continued to blame me.

I basically threw away my money. I am playing lots of actually entertaining games though. Good luck and if you get the urge to come back resist it.

1 답변I quit the game this week too. I didn't delete anything like you did. I uninstalled the game and gave my PS5 to me nephew, he was stoked with the gift. I helped him make a new profile and deleted mine, he got straight into Disney Dreamlight Valley and is loving it, me too by the way we have been playing it together. I have lost confidence in Bungie as a game developer. They tried to do it all themselves and failed. They need the help of other studios and they need a publisher again, they are struggling to keep the game together at this stage and they're too stubborn to admit they need help.

They used to play a couple of times a week this late into the season, but now it's down to maybe once every 2 weeks. I tried playing once this week, but the constant Server Issues have just sucked even the minimal amount of fun out of this game.
