Regret that I spent money on Lightfall + Annual Pass preorder

Bungie no longer seems to have any talent just giving us the same stuff changed around to make it worse. Also these bungie apologists on the forums are annoying acting like nothing is wrong when many things obviously are.

22 답변5 weeks later - 25% cheaper in Xbox store - base game Lightfall. 5 weeks later. Shame on you Bungie _ I wouldn’t think it’s even worth the price now to be honest even with 25% off.

5 답변I hadn’t liked what I was seeing for lightfall and didn’t like the sound of the changes they were implementing so I wasn’t planning on buying the expansion. At the last minute the fomo hit me and I caved....really should have listened to my gut feeling because I’m regretting that decision. There are so many better things I could have spent my money on.

Many more probably pre-ordered Lightfall on a wave of well-deserved anticipation after WQ; which was well-deserved and well-received all over. BHQs Hype Dept. 😉 is second to none…the only other BHQ entity which comes close is their Legal Dept. 🤐and maybe their Institutional Investment Unit… 🤑 I’m waiting to close-out my 10-year Destiny journey at the upcoming Final Shape / final chapter?! I hardly engage with most of the stuff in Destiny as it is… I’ll not be engaging with any other project from BHQ. Ease springs. Play fair. Play nice. 👈 Cheers! 🫡

1 답변Thought I was being clever, times are tough for everyone so I'll buy the deluxe cos it'll guarantee I have something to play all year. 4 weeks in I'm playing my psn backlog and ain't logged in to destiny 2 for over two weeks except to check eververse for 30 seconds. LOL.

The annual pass is just a blatant slap in the face that Bungie has lost their passion for this franchise. So glad I didn't pre-order the annual pass. LOL Although, this was my first Year of Destiny I didn't pre-order. Everyone is coming to this realization at their own pace, I guess.

I'm not saying I won't upgrade to the deluxe edition down the line, at a discounted price. But right now I'm feeling good about just buying the base Lightfall. I may even get around to playing games I've been ignoring for the past couple of years.

Yup the whole season was trash, the main story was crap the seasonal story was crap and the seasonal quest exotic was crap. Then bungie went all nerf palooza on everything, such a God awful season. The only redeeming point may have been the slight changes like being able to save builds and such but other than that this season sucks.
