What are the specifics of commending in raids and dungeons? If you do 2 different dungeons back to back you cant commend your fireteam aftet the 2nd clear, since there is no actual description of how long you're unable to commend for what are the thresholds. The prompt "you are unable to commend in a dungeon activity at this time" at the completion is not informative enough. There's some random reddit threads that I don't trust, would love some more concrete info.
