AMD Micro stutter and frame drops.
I need help with frame drops and horrible micro stutters. They started yesterday and since then have been getting worse. No other game I play stutters or drops below 60 fps like Destiny. Tuesday everything was fine and the game was running smoothly with 144+ fps and no stutters. Then background maintenance started and the game basically hasn't been the same.
Specs.
Gpu: rx 6950 xt
Cpu: r7 5800x
Ram: 32 gigs of 3600mhz

I found new drivers, released on March 7th, (even though I have auto update on) and I’m currently installing and trying that. Barely any change at all. Loading in to the tower sees single digit frames for a few seconds that gradually increase to 60 frames where it used to be 100+.
