So, upon doing some evidence board quests I get one about completing the preservation mission. Only problem is it never shows up on the map at all. Apparently this has been going on for a while with other people. I have closed the game, abandoned the quest, and everything in between and the mission doesn't appear. I don't think there's anything I can do so just kind of a complaint/asking if this can get fixed, because if there is a fix I haven't found it. This has completely locked me out of getting that exotic glaive though.
