I recently bought a brand new ps4 and destiny the collection edition from the PlayStation store. I directly connected my system to the internet and did a speed test to make sure I had a good connection (150mb download/ 10-20 upload). However, when I load the game and try to enter the character selection or creation screen I’m met with code chicken and that I can’t reach character servers for destiny. Is there anything I can do besides a refund?
