However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. If your friend has already appealed, they have done all that they can. Posting in the forums cannot assist you beyond linking you to the appeal and speculation. If they appeal is denied, that means the ban was properly placed by Bungie's policies and rules. Bungie will typically respond only if more info is needed or if the ban/restriction is altered. The form is for appeals only, they do not answer questions as to why or how long.
