Unclaimed Prime Gaming Rewards are to be removed, while my Amanda Holiday has been bugged for 6 months+. The prime gaming rewards page drops my frames and doesn't load, while the other two pages are perfectly fine. The cursor also acts like there are items under it that I should be able to interact with, but can't. The in-game notifications told players about how unclaimed twitch prime rewards older than one year in age would be removed soon. The problem I have is that my Amanda holiday has been bugged for months, none of the provided "fixes" Bungie supplies work after having tried them multiple times. I've also attempted to submit a help ticket with Bungie but this was denied as it doesn't fit within their limited parameters. I've had more than a year's worth of prime rewards stuck behind a bugged Amanda holiday, and I'd really like to be able to claim them before I lose them en masse. I would love some help with this or a fix.
