I think you'll be fine. Those credentials shouldn't be a limitation. I believe they're saying if your degree and certs come from a scam online "college" or some tropical island those references might not carry you. Is your institution accredited? That's numero uno. 2. You're probably going to want some viable experience so like an internship. I'm not 100%, but I think Bungie has an internship program. It might have been suspended due to Covid, but I'd look into something like that. Just don't sign any oppressive non-compete contract unless you're sure that's where you want to end up. Why, getting an internship w Bungie would probably be your best path if you want to work there. In the meantime, contact their careers/hiring team or dm a community manager for advice/consultation. These are my recommendations. To be clear, I don't work there... but that's the path you would take. Remember that non-compete thing, especially if you're talented... because companies might try to hogtie you for yrs after if you don't stay with them. Generally, it's 6-9 months, but if you're not a lead... I'd try to get out signing something like that unless you absolutely have to. Hope this helps, again... Edit: Now that I think more about it, it could be a visa consideration... they don't want to lose someone in the middle of a development cycle when their visa paperwork hits a snag for some bureaucratic reason. I actually know of someone that has had to deal with that.
