Chronomancy shards can be found in activities such as dungeons, raids, and legend/master activities. They are found in rare and found in chests however you need to have the Chronomancer's Focus which is an item that you get after you finish a certain quest. When you open a chest from these activities, you get around 10-25 shards. The 3 focused shards (Strengthened, Echoing, and Temporal Shards) are a rare drop that you get by rapidly defeating targets. Strong opponents do NOT count as multiple and you get around 5-15 per drop and they are found in the same activities and you need the Chronomancer's Focus. The quest you must complete for the Focus is an exotic mission called Reliquia Temporis. It is a 3 man activity in which they player must explore an ancient chronomancer temple and complete many puzzles as well as defeating many new enemies.
