What's the point of divisions in Comp if you're not matching those in the same division.
I've been playing against players who are in Platinum and it makes no sense, if this is what skilled based is then it makes no sense to have placement matches if you can't played against those in your division.

4 답변Yeah divisions are pointless because matchmaking is skill based. I’m in adept right now but I still play with/against gold players.

1 답변It should simply be division based MM. simple and effective. Some of the “gold-1” teams I’ve lost to boast insane stats. I literally played against OMGitsOmar. You don’t even need to search him up. Go to destinytracker, scroll down the front page, and there he is. Number one in the world for PVP kills 😂. https://destinytracker.com

The game is not designed for it and neither are the developer’s mental understanding of it. Just go back to the days where the game had Combined Arms and IB. The game was much better off then. The game keeps losing its potential for growth because it is chasing a carrot on a stick that can never be caught.

Community was crying out for a straight out ranked playlist, we got it but with the classic bungie twist nobody asked for. Why do this? They could have just given us our -2000 to +2000 “skill number” from sbmm quickplay. It would have meant the same thing as rank.

4 답변You play ranked on 1 up 1 down. If you're gold you can play silver,gold, and cap at platinum. If you're platinum you can play gold,platinum, and cap at diamond. Pretty simple thing though I'm sure its not going to change the fact that you expect to only play your rank when you are also able at times to play a lower rank just like your able to play a higher rank.

5 답변There should be sbmm, but within your respective division, otherwise the really good players could just farm their way to Ascendant in a couple hours. It's funny that Bungie messed even that up ... I knew it was going to happen, that's why I got a good PvE Rose and dipped. Won't return either.
