I'm on step 52 of the Sails of the Shipstealer quest from the Season of Plunder: "Complete Pirate Hideout: Ithyks, the Scrapworker." Just like all of the previous pirate hideouts, this one is supposed to be accessible by "Launch[ing] Pirate Hideouts from the Destinations tab in the H.E.L.M." However, the quest selection option is missing in the H.E.L.M. thus preventing quest progression and triumph completions. Anyone else have this issue? If so, what was your work around? Clopening the game and logging into different characters did not help.
