I NEVER said It doesn't make sense and therefore shouldnt happen. It's not my responsibility to care about other classes exotics in a post about a Warlock exotic. How does that even make sense? If you think Lorely and Bakris should work with all other classes you can go make a post about it. I don't come to leave feedback to play champion of the people, I leave feedback based on MY experiences with the game. What part of I will not say yes or no did you not understand?

You want devour, a void verb, on all subclasses. It’s the same thing as asking for restoration, a solar verb, on all subclasses. (To be fair though, you can get restoration on other subclasses only if another person running solar gives it to you. But lorely only benefits the wearer.) You have to realize that mixing verbs between subclasses is game breaking. You’ve seen how people have reacted to overshields and healing nades. It hasn’t been good. Could you imagine a warlock with devour and restoration? They would be nigh unkillable in pve content. Or a stasis lock freezing everyone while devour is active for easy healing? There would be little incentive to use any other exotic if there was exotic as op as this would be. Also, I don’t actually think that lorely and bakris should work on all subclasses. I’m just giving a comparison to what you’re proposing (which obviously went over your head).
