So cringe what this game has turned into.
SBMM ruined the fun for above average players like me. I used to play pvp daily, now i barely manage to get myself to even remotely touch it once a month. I used to be able to just chill with music on, run fun loadouts and just CASUALLY play and enjoy in a CASUAL playlist in a CASUAL pve looter shooter pvp portion. Now i exclusively get stomped when i try to use anything other than meta loadouts and actually try.
Who actually enjoys that? Who wants to run meta 24/7, drain their chair with sweat every single quickplay round and try like their life depends on it? I for sure don't. Even sbmm in call of duty feels REALLY light and actually lose compared to this games trash sbmm. Not to mention that every single match is a laggy global reunion now. And matchmaking takes longer than i can graduate college.
Then quitter penalties got implemented for CASUAL control while stacks can run rampant through CASUAL control matches and you can't even avoid them anymore.
This is literally the worst game on the entire market when it comes to pvp now.

Because I see quite a many of them in CoD, Battlefield, WoW, Overwatch, etc..... People sweat no matter what mode they place.

Yeah…… Bungie is trying to figure a way out of the quitting penalty. I guarantee their data shows when people get the penalty most either change character or log off Destiny and do something else. Every time I get the penalty I close Destiny. In fact, yesterday after I got the penalty I closed Destiny and went into apex and never came back to D2. Whoever is making decisions at Bungie is a moron. It’s probably the same person who thought Sunsetting was a good idea.

True. Most of the time I’m solo player and I like to listen to music and play some PvP with weapons I like to use or I try some old sunset weapons just for the heck of it. But as soon as I get into a PvP match. I’m immediately steamrolled by 4 or 6 stack with meta and annoying loadouts. And my team is a bunch of random people. And if I stick to non-meta weapons I have almost 0 chance to defend myself.

Do you think the 6 blueberries on the other team think it's casual when they get pub stomped by a better player using a fun load out lol the whole argument of casual pvp is just ppl saying that they want opponents that are bad enough for them to use niche weapons but too them the ppl you are killing with the niche weapon sees you as the problem bungie inst just gunna give you a lobby to ruin just cuz you don't wanna try

It’s no fun getting stomped every game, is it? Or, is this only about you and your fun?

2 답변During CBMM i was forced to consistently play vastly above my skill level and according to players such as yourself that was perfectly fine as YOU benefited from it . However, now the opposite is true and suddenly its this big problem . if you "above average" players are as good as you claim you wouldn't want to play low tier players. personally , this isn't a matter of "lag" or " i have to sweat every game " its your mad your being exposed . Skillophobia ( a term i coined ) : the fear of playing at one's own skill level.

11 답변You calling it casual doesn't make it casual, player vs player activities are by basic knowledge competitive. We don't even have legitimate sbmm we barely had it a few days before players like yourself -blam!- a fit your games were actually competitive and demanded sb be loosened even more. At this stage we have more cbmm with a skill algorithm then anything and it's truly sad. Can we please stop with the "I have to use the meta" excuse it's out dated and proven false. You choose not to play your way because you want to win if you didn't care about winning you'd use whatever you wanted.

4 답변It's not casual control anymore. Get your own team or shut up. Bungie clearly wants 6v6 to feel like a competitive experience.

5 답변Casuals fighting stacks in PvP modes existed before they implemented this experimental sbmm please make sure you have all available information prior to complaining at the very least.
-
"Who wants to run meta 24/7" 90% of the community apparently. If it ain't broken people won't use it -shrug-. Here's the other cold reality......there is no casual playlist in PvP. The community saw to that already. "Then quitter penalties got implemented for CASUAL control while stacks can run rampant through CASUAL control matches and you can't even avoid them anymore." That's what happens when people quit and some poor sorry soul has to take your place, for every match you quit, you fed the fire of people complaining about joining lopsided matches in progress. So instead of putting up with sore egos. Bungie said play it out or stay out.

3 답변Playing against stacks has been a problem since I started playing. It's always a -blam!- experience when you're running solo.
