Bungie Please give us the option turning match making on or off. I see no reason this option isn't available. For players who prefer to play with pre-made teams, they can simply keep the option on, others can turn it off and take their chances. This will take a lot of the frustration out of being a solo player who finds it difficult to run master and end game content.
I mean really. What is the issue??

5 답변Bungie's explanation has always been: "it requires coordinated teams" or some BS like that to not implement it. And yet, I can go on their official app and form a fireteam with random blueberries for all activities with matchmaking off. Thats just matchmaking with extra steps 🤷♂️

I agree, probably made this same basic post two or three years ago, but I do not think Bungie will ever do it. If they were going to do it, they would have by now. It should not be very hard to implement. There should be a small number of exceptions, like raids. Or alternately, you could add a warning label to those activities. Something like "Are you sure? This activity requires player coordination and communication to avoid a frustrating experience." If people click OK and do it anyway, maybe that's OK?

I think legendary content (legend nfs n stuff) should be matchmade. its legit not that hard. Master & Gmaster, yeah ok mm would be bad for that as there are strats and stuff required and not everyone would be on board with it

Not going to happen. Bungie wants there game to center around clans and team play in most activities. They are willing to accommodate solo players (I am largely one) only up to a point…. They have shown a willingness to budge somewhat on expanding the range of activities that they’ll allow random MMing. But they have never turned off MM for any permanent multiplayer activity. Not in 8 yrs of franchise history.

Bungie simply can’t accept they failed to build a truly social game and that no one actually wants to team up outside of MM. But they are too stubborn to admit it and change it. The fact that everything in the game can be done solo, minus raids, is proof enough optional MM should be a thing for everything now. If you get bad team mates, back out and try again. People act like LFG teams don’t fail a lot of the time as well.

Activities with matchmaking already would benefit from the ability to turn off matchmaking without having to use a glitch or program to do so.

11 답변작성자: WhiteInk47 10/22/2022 5:34:35 PMRaids are impossible w/ out communication. Add in a forced mic check or forced boot if you turn it off partway in, then sure. Dungeons and GM’s would probably be pretty rough but potentially doable w/ matchmaking Edit: the downsides and issues above are why they don’t do it. They’re sorta designed around communication or are so difficult that communication is needed. a forced mic check could work and I’d be interested to see that tested for sure

2 답변I mean my game would run even better not rendering 2 additional Guardians, while I kill everything anyways lol. But an option would be bussin, oh... maybe a ping limiter for the ones who want it on? Just an idea, no more 300 ping connections? Ehh? Solo Dolo for life lol.

4 답변For practical reasons. Match making doesn't work with locked equipment. This has been said for like 1000 times.
