Light fall collectors edition order
Ordered the light fall collectors edition but during the checkout I didn't realised that my region is set to Americas. Now I have received the details of my order but can't redeem my PS code as the code is for America and I'm in Australia. Tried to contact bungie many times but no response. Please help how to fix this

If you already submitted a support request, you should have received an email stating that your request has been received. They will continue to work with you over email. Please make sure that the domain the email is being sent from is in your safe senders list.
