Cross-save Cooldown
Hello !
I have been waiting for a month now to play destiny and I have 59 days left to be able to play. I pre-ordered lightfall but can't get the pre-order bonuses yet :). Isn't one month enough ? Why is it a 90 days cooldown to reactivate cross-save and not a month. I didn't know it would not let me reactivate it. It was a mistake. Can I get some help please I have been waiting for 31 days please cut me the time off. Why is there no way to have direct contact with customer support.

The 90 day is there as a security measure and Bungie will not provide any exceptions. You are giving ample notice when you go to deactivate your cross save setup where you cannot re-activate it for 90 days. You will need to wait out the remaining time before you are able to redo cross save.

This forum can provide you all the answers you require. Bungie set the rules for cross save in 2019. It has been known since it's inception that there is a 90 day cooldown wait after disabling it. There is also a 90 day wait to disable cross save if you have bought silver. Neither of them can be bypassed or shortened for anyone. I'm sorry you made a mistake but the truth is it can be fixed after 59 more days.
