Hello, A friend of mine has enabled cross save, but set her stadia (new account) as the main account and now her characters from xbox are lost (dormant). Her account is empty now. The solution would be to disable cross save, but she can't for 84 days, because she recently purchased silver from her xbox account. Could you help with this issue?
