Twitch account is linked but it's saying not connected, can't receive the live stream emblem
I followed all instructions and linking correctly, then watched the entire stream today. It notified me that I earned the emblem. Went to claim it but it said no account connected, or connect an account. Took the direct link from Twitch to Bungie, and it again shows my twitch was linked correctly yet I cannot claim my emblem in Twitch. Please help.

1 답변Hello. Thanks for your reports. To clarify an issue: the Partners Rewards page should [u]only[/u] show the emblem, not the Claim button. The Claim button doesn't do anything and will be removed. If the emblem shows up on your Partner Rewards page, then you own the emblem. It may take a while (seemingly, several hours) for it to appear in your in-game Collections due to a queue, but it will eventually appear under Flair>Emblems>General. If the emblem doesn't show up on the page, press the Refresh button beside "Missing Twitch Rewards." If it still doesn't appear, [url=https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory]click this page[/url] and confirm that the emblem appears. If it does, then you qualified for it and just need to connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account.

On my Twitch settings, it still keeps asking to "Connect" even though on my Bungie.net "Account Linking" settings my Twitch account is linked. EDIT: Can confirm what DarkDreamer426 said. Go to "https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners" and click on the "CLAIM" button. It errored out a number of times for me. I went into the game and looked under FLAIR -> EMBLEMS -> GENERAL tab and it was now there.

2 답변작성자: Nicole 8/23/2022 8:10:42 PMGuys, check your emblems inventory in the general section. Bungie never replied to my tweet or contacted me, but the emblem is appearing in collections now. My twitch still says link account but it's claimed on the game side. If your's hasn't redeemed still, try contacting Bungie again!
