1 답변Right, it's so easy to go after them. Also, the lfg could ban some words, like "selling", "paid", "cheap", ".com".

1 답변What I hate is every time I join an lfg now usually a raid or dungeon I’ll get a bot message advertisement for some sort of paid carry. I’ve reported it every time but it’s been annoying.

it wont fix the issue of new account spamming links to carry sites.. they need a system in place that if you under 1400 ll you cant send anything to anyone.. or that cell number is also needed to send messages or something.. but ya it is getting crazy

[spoiler] I plug my twitch OFC but I normally don’t do raffles I do first come first serve unless u get more than 5-6 people. [/spoiler]

The company is probably so overwhelmed with reports since the expansion of Game Pass that they no longer have the resources to investigate most reports. Bungie, however, is not making a significant effort to remove these posts from their own website.

They have adds on the top streamers youtube and twitch streams. Big names like aztecross & more recently I hop on his youtube channel and got a add for "guardian.services" before I can watch the vid. Now I am fully aware that aztecross is likely not in control of the adds shown, but it does not change the fact a product/service that is clearly stated as illegal by bungie is getting add time from a prominent content creator. & Ive seen the exact same on twitch channels so its not just a youtube thing.

4 답변I think people missed your “paid” part of the post. If you are just helping friends, that’s different in my opinion. If you’re like Jonty, and try to help carry people through PvE stuff for free and such, that’s A okay in my opinion. It’s the [b][u]paid[/u][/b] stuff that is out of hand and honestly should be targeted. That being said, I’m pleased with Bungies attacks on Cheating.

4 답변Some thoughts on Paid Carries: 1. Generally, just do it. 2. Individual’s offering this service: no problemo… 3. Companies offering such services and more: wonderful! But, to make it work even better… A. BHQ to issue a license to do paid carries, whether to an individual / clan / external company. The license fee to be split 60:40 for preferred charity options and BHQ. B. The Carry Farm is a separate PvP / Trials mode so only ‘pros’ 😁 can farm other ‘pros’…and NOT enter the regular PvP / Trials / Comp. playlists. C. The Carry Service fees are governed by market forces…set within reasonable limits. D. Different service providers can charge within 3 payment bands, ie, Individual / Clan / External Company. E. BHQ can organise a third party to manage all transactions thereby retaining control so there’s no clash. 😁 Benefits: It’s a win-win for all parties concerned; especially for the charities. It also helps anyone who wants / needs a special weapon or armour set, or a bounty / quest that needs doing - but can’t do it as a solo or time-challenged player; and as it ‘authorised’ by BHQ and charity benefits, everyone wins! It also de-stigmatises the awful situation at present…and will help protect players from unscrupulous practices by the darker elements that inhabit LFG. Also, it removes the stomp farmers (doing carries) from the regular PvP / PvE environments - which might result in a more level playing field, where the rest of us may indulge in a fair scrap, for once. It also provides a legitimate and authorised channel for those elite players to strut their stuff, help fellow Guardians, benefit charity, and get paid (and publicly lauded) for their efforts! 👍 Under the a/m circumstances, I’d sign up for a few missing weapons / quests / etc. that are beyond my (current) reach; but only if the price is right! 🫡 TLDR 🥳 Just my 2d worth. About a year back, I started analysing the tracking sites that Bungie uses for this website. At the time they were using over 100 of them, and many of those tracking sites were being used to send me ads for paid carry services on other sites like Amazon and such. I imagine Bungie would be extremely embarrased in court if they tried to sue some of the sites that they indirectly brought in front of their own player's faces.

6 답변Paid carrys would mean those people are providing a service for money. Would be classed as self empoyed work? If so, are they paying taxes? Might sound stupid but if I'm right Would actually be illegal? I'm not the most educated person on this topic. Maybe someone can correct me to why I'm wrong?
