New Solstice Armor is -blam!-
Bungie come on please get someone new to design armor. I’m definitely skipping solstice this year. These sets are TERRIBLE subjective or not I’m sure a lot of people will agree.
PLEASE STOP WITH THE ASYMMETRICAL HUNTER ARMS
We literally say it every time you guys make hunter armor sets.

1 답변작성자: Tru-Zrue 7/15/2022 4:10:37 PMThey really do suck, and the event card is a mistake. Terrible one. Edit: I’m debating on if I’ll play the event. Idky. Every year the armor look worse and worse for the event. I may/WILL have to mitch match event armor pieces.

6 답변Armour looks like cheeks Weapon is a reskin, n I never use handcannons Already got 3 triple 100 characters so chasing stats does nothing for me as regrinding the materials again aint happening Another event full of needless materials that don't need to be there. There might be a dust farm, might pick up an old solstice ornament set for dust, but I'll play very little. Looks like another fail At least the paid event card looks cheeks, so i don't have to drop £10

2 답변I'm looking forward to the event for the high stat armor, and bonfire event, sounds cool to me. I think they knocked the Warlock armor out of the park. Looks excellent to me and I'm not even primarily a Warlock. The Titan armor, why is lol there a bird nesting on his head, and the facial expression omg lol doesn't look impressed to have a bird nesting on his head. The placement of the dragons is odd,. The chest dragons look like their licking armpits. The leg Dragons lol... well you would think the titan would have a happier expression on his face from the action he is getting from those leg dragons. Why is their a horn on the hunters head, idn what's happening there, maybe it just too classy for me, but the leg piece is awesome.

3 답변Yeah, the Solstice armor has not been great most years. They need whoever designs the Dawning armor to step in. That’s objectively on point every year, no debate.

1 답변Being able to re-roll stats and all them slots make this armor probably the best the game will have. It can look however it wants for all I care.

Glows only available through ever verse for extreme prices? Some sort of sunsetting? Every years players fall for the newest “pyramid scheme” that predictably blows up. This year they are even pre-screwing players with an event pass!

Atleast i won't have to waste my valuable time grinding out this trash event then and can keep playing other games that are actually fun and not just a hamster wheel addiction grind fiesta :) I was honestly sad that i would maybe have had to log in for more than 5 minutes next reset lol, atleast that won't happen now with this ugly trash

Can't see a piece amongst the the three sets that would be even as good as pieces I already have. That said, sometimes seeing a closer firsthand look and also seeing each of the Subclasses glows can make a difference. The Titan helmet - what is that, a bird? - is silly. Looks like Hunter only got one shoulder ornament - can we get a whip round to pay for the left one? Certainly nothing to feel, whoah, I gotta get that. Upgraded stat-distribution choice Armor may be the actual pull. But Bungie did a Bungie again with convoluted triple material upgrades.

6 답변Those aren't great, but they're not horrible, but also, no matter what 100% of style is subjective. Every single piece of gear is equally loved and hated by different people because everybody's tastes are different. It won't be your favorite thing to read, but my only reason to comment was to add perspective to this. You may not like it, but that doesn't mean its bad or needs to go away. Criticize functionality all you want, but Bungie is also a group of people with a vision in many facets, style included. Since style is subjective, and the designer had a specific vision in mind, who are we to tell them its right or wrong? Fashion criticism is pretty pointless as it is the artist's vision, and the wearer's joy, nobody else has to approve, and no other opinion matters there. Its fine that you don't like it, that's not a big deal, but just consider it a little more openly. We're all going to have hits and misses; this one was just a miss. They can't please everyone with everything, nobody can; in fact, all of us have many more that disagree with us than those that do agree, so maybe we need to chill on things like Destiny style.
