Personally as we move further into the game a lot of old exotic weapon arent getting much use and could use rework darci yes I dont know what to say about it really but whisper is meh now it requires rapid crits to reload the magazine which isnt all that nice now and the gun itself has a lot of recoil making it difficult to land on most targets and it's not like we get free ammo either it comes from the magazine I'm sure whisper would get to see some light again if its trigger was changed to let's say 3 rapid kills or rapid hits reloads the magazines or even 3 consecutive kills even it's not like the gun is over powered in any way it's a very unique looking gun or even remove darci and whisper from heavy into secondary slot and slap it with a nerf
