this is chaos and bullcrap that this is how players are treated ,for over 4 days I have been in confusion and super angry

As you chose the wrong set-up, but then told the system you set it up as you wanted it, you locked yourself into the security in place. By pressing the button to enable Cross-Save instead of changing the Cross-Save settings before doing so, you bypassed the easy way to make the change you're after, and now must wait. Unfortunately, repeatedly posting on the forums after having been given the correct response will not change the response.
