I just finished soloing the entire Duality dungeon but I did not receive the Triumph. I died to snipers just after killing Caitl, but I did complete it and receive the rewards. I will probably be trying to flawless at some point, but in the mean time I would like the Triumph that I earned. I cannot find anywhere to open up a ticket for this issue so I hope that I can find help here.
