Bug: Duality Solo Clear Uncounted - Api reports completed solo clear, loot dropped but ui state bugged and triumph for solo completion did not trigger

Upon completion of the Duality dungeon solo the triumph for completing solo did not trigger. Loot dropped but the game still said to "defeat Caitl" despite beating the final encounter. The API properly tracks this run. I went to orbit and to the tower to grab banners twice. Looking to see if there is a workaround since it is a bummer to not get the triumph :)
