It would be nice if you could add some PvE value to this aspect so it will not be "that one aspect that does nothing but gives you 3 fragments slots". I get that it has some value in PvP but that's it. Maybe you could add Practice Makes Perfect but for combatant only so it doesn't break PvP but is a cool addition to your PvE power.
