Destiny 2 PvP is top notch in stripping away all fun and making it feel like a chore. Requiring (at least “strongly encouraging”) weekly completions of both Crucible and Gambit makes my stomach churn, knowing how sweaty meta and gross it’ll be. We shouldn’t have to consistently hear “Then just stay away from the mode and don’t play it. It’s not for you anyway.” Sadly, that’s true but it doesn’t excuse the fact matchmaking for PvP is STILL an unbalanced mess, and probably always will be. And it sucks that you have to endure matches like that consistently, especially if you don’t fall in line with running the meta. It’s the worst kind of conformity, who can be the best at being the same. There’s nothing remarkably special about everyone being forced to run the exact same thing in order to excel, let alone compete. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Hope you find some better balanced matches in the future, however few and far between they might be. Kudos to you for sticking with it 👍🤛
