As it says.
Thanks to those players who make the effort to backtrack a bit to rez me when I miss a jump, or generally mess things up (hello misadventure my old friend). Those that stop mowing down ads to run over and get me back in the game whatever the mode.
It’s only a 30 second wait, but I appreciate it!

2 답변honestly, I like to play support, stay back, go invisible, revive and all that but I got paired with the type of player that rushes ahead, and waits at the door, so I did the same in return and he decided to yeet me at a wall multiple times with the halo sword, so I decided to both grab the ball and not putting it in to progress in the Proving Ground, but getting my self killed in the boss area multiple times to restart the fight side note, Im sorry to the 3º guy for being collateral

3 답변It's situational. If the player is dying OVER AND OVER again in easy content like Strikes, there's going to be a point when I just stop reviving them. Typically, a player dying 3+ times is my limit.

1 답변I always tend to do it and then proceed to die myself. But then usually nobody picks me up in return :(

1 답변Have my upvote and like fellow guardian. I always revive other players, including afk players on any planet when just roaming around. I noticed no matter the activity or enemies around...when a guardian is down, I try my best to res asap. This destiny the revive crew somehow is way less, or just getting bad teammate rng.

I'm one of those. only times I don't (usually) revive fireteam members is when they are just speed running the event like they were playing alone (I call them "Rambo") or when they are just screwing around not helping at all.

3 답변The only people I don't revive are the players trying to do a speedrun but without the skill to pull it off, and those who are unfortunately placed in an area I can no longer get to because Bungie made some really bad choices regarding Strike respawn placement (the boat section of the Lightblade strike is notorious for this).

1 답변This is a good post. These are the people I like Destiny for. I wish there was more of them. But the guy who talked about it being a race. I feel ya. I feel like thats what I get most of the time. I make one dumb mistake and before you know it joining others in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Would be nice if we played more as a team. Used to love the Lake of shadows, when the superstar would leave you with a crap ton of enemies while they sprinted to the finish line. But of course anything I bring up I get the, This is a team game you have to play as a team to get those items. yet they are the ones who leave you behind. I always go for the downed players, even if it costs me my life. I mean hey were a team. At least I went out saving someone. If enought people were kinder to each other imagine what the world would look like.

1 답변The only thing I hate about doing this, when I'm halfway on the circle to revive them, they just respawn themselves. Which gets me killed sometimes. Do hate randoms doing this to me when I'm trying help them. And when I die, I don't respawn, I just wait for them to revive me. Sometimes they move on and leave me. If they refuse a revive from me, I might as well do the same thing to them and teabag them after I respawn.

I keep that mentality but I will not reward ignorance and stupidity. Don't expect a revive if you run into danger eyes closed head first and then get gunned down in 0.3 seconds by 2 tanks and several majors. Don't be angry if I don't revive you for the 48th time in a row. Mistakes happen and if you at least make an effort not to die instantaneously I will revive you anytime. But I've come to learn how to seperate the idiots from the noobs. And the idiots do not get revives constantly, dying amidst large groups of enemies just makes me chuckle nowadays, and you get to wait your 30 seconds to do it all over again. It's no biggie if you die near your fireteam when we're all shooting a group of enemies, but if you wanna live by Chuck Norris' sayings then you can die by his sayings too, alone and cold, without my love. Stupidity must not be rewarded, clumsiness is forgiven though. Slow reflexes too, just don't constantly die in tough spots , because clearly you can't handle it.

Especially if the area is dark or have a lot of shades area. I'm colorblind and it sucks doing some areas. I always try and wait on anyone I'm in game with, but they don't always wait on me. I hate getting in some games where they race through the map and then they die, I leave them in the ground. You want to rush a head Rambro! Then you die you lie! I'll pick them up after their 1st death though. Ty all of you that wait as well. Hell I'm 50 yrs young and I just play to relax and game with my son and friends.

9 답변I don't understand why people don't do this, I've literally been right next to someone who won't revive me. It's like yo we could get this done more efficiently if I was alive lol.

작성자: SpoonieEzMode 5/13/2022 7:36:25 PMI am the person who will always top the assists, and never be the one with great damage. The game is hard for me. I haven't been playing it for years. I don't know all of the strikes or missions, have no idea what I'm doing half the time other than following people and hoping they don't leave me behind. My inability to jump or to press my Super when my hands are tired (Supersneeze!) is the stuff of legends. I am baby. So, I make sure I don't leave anyone else behind if I can help it. I've got a glaive maxxed as far as I can to make a decent enough shield to cover while I rez everyone - and I'll get the whole party back on its feet if I can. Just your friendly neighbourhood Wellspring hunter, trying to get us all out of there in one piece, and I hope I can spread that kind of thing around when I can.

No prob a fireteam that stays together, slays together. As for speed runners that charge ahead it depends if they died doing something exceptionally dumb. Like attempting to shoulder charge a champion and getting blasted. (Insert Thanos “you should have gone for the head”). That deserves a revive. Only because I want to see them try it again.

When it's within reason, I try to revive as much as possible. Only time I don't is when someone runs ahead. I have no issues with people that run ahead, kill things, doing the objective, holding their own. But if you run ahead and die, either to pull us ahead or cause you couldn't hold your own, well tough -blam!- next time you die near me lol.
