Game chat not working
hi guys, m on Xbox and trying to play with people from ps but somehow game chat is not working, have checked my mic and have asked other guys as well through msg, but they can't hear me and I can't hear them. Is there a bug or I should check some settings?

I had this problem too, starting when crossplay came out. I fixed it by changing my setting on my cross save account. My PS4 chat was on but would work so I went to my stadia account and realized chat was off on that (I never play on stadia) so I turned it on and then it worked for my ps4. I had to wait like a certain amount of time after the last time I bought silver or something like that. It was confusing. But hopefully that helps.
