Is there any way to get in contact with Bungie directly? Customer support email or anything?
I’m running into this issue where I just bought the base Witch Queen on the PSN store like 8 days ago.
I wanted the Deluxe Edition + 30th Anniversary Bundle, but didn’t have the $100 at the time. Now it’s down to $85 on PlayStation’s Spring Sale, but it says it’s “not available for purchase” bc I already have base Witch Queen.
Also the Deluxe Edition is on sale for $68, down from $80,
yet even though I’ve already spent $40 on the base game, it still wants to charge me another $40 (totaling $80) for the Deluxe edition.
Why isn’t the deluxe edition add on discounted at all, even though the whole deluxe edition is currently on sale?
I don’t know if any Bungie employees are on this help forum,
But I would really love to be able to get some support.
I know the Anniversary Pack is on sale from $25 to $20, so that’s cool,
but I still would love to get something figured out for why the Deluxe Edition upgrade add on is still the whole $40, even though it’s on sale if I were buying it new.

Bungie is unable to help you with your purchase issues or with a platform's sales.
You'll need to contact the platform's support concerning their lack of a change in the Deluxe Upgrade price that doesn't match the other sales.
