The icon for the drifter in the tower has been flashing endlessly for the past year+, as though there is something to pick up from them. In orbit, it also shows that there is something to collect from them in the tower. However, when speaking to the drifter in the annex, there is nothing in his inventory to collect. Everything along their "vendor progression" is either collected or locked as normal. There are no quests or engrams to collect. There are no weapons able to be focused on the second page. However, the icon never stops flashing. Any insight would be appreciated.
