I started on Destiny on XBox moved to Stadia. I activated cross Save between my Stadia and Xbox accounts. Now I just bought a new Xbox series S. My son took over my old Xbox profile. How do I update my cross save settings with a new Xbox profile? I tried to disable Cross Save but I purchased Silver so I am stuck in 90 day pergatory. Is there a Bungie contact that I can appeal to unlink my XBox account? I have thousands of hours into my characters and don't want to lose that. Thanks

2 답변Allo there, Unfortunately you'll need to wait out the silver cooldown, unlink your Xbox account, add the new account and then wait another 90 days before you can enable cross save again. Neither cooldowns can be removed or shortened.

작성자: OatsFX 4/10/2022 4:19:30 AMGreetings! After checking your setup (via Wasted on Destiny) your characters are from your Xbox profile, and Cross Save lets you use those characters on Stadia. If you were to deactivate Cross Save, you'd lose access to those characters on Stadia. The 90-day wait from purchasing Silver is not able to be revoked in any way, you'll have to wait that out. Additionally, if you did switch Xbox accounts in your Cross Save setup, you wouldn't have access to your current characters on Stadia because the new Xbox account isn't the account with the Destiny 2 progress you are using right now. Destiny 2 progress and characters are tied to platform accounts.
