Do you have Vodafone broadband? I'm having the same issue and so are a couple others on this forum and seems to be a Vodafone broadband issue

From my experience so far there is no point they are just saying everything looks fine on their end because they are just checking your line to see if you have internet but I guess would be better to report as hopefully more reports mean it'll get sorted. Just tweeted @bungiehelp about this also
