Jumping into party chats to bs even if just clean out our vault. - Members team up for activities because we want to, not because we have to. - Frequent recruiting to keep the roster full of active people that get into PvE and PvP endgame. - We use Discord for all of our text communication. and PSN chat for most ingame stuff. - We don't have power hungry admins with egos, we have "Housekeepers" who keep the place organized and moving.
